We often underestimate how much human behaviour, decision making and communication is affected by emotion. By understanding the emotions of ourselves and others, and better noticing the emotional component of communication, we can become more effective, successful and even happier.
I work with the concept of Emotional Intelligence to improve the work of organisations and the lives of individuals. Through training and coaching, I improve effectiveness, efficiency and success rates by enhancing emotional intelligence.
Emotional Intelligence isn’t a management fad, it’s just the best way to think about people, communications and interactions – once you’ve learned how to use it, once your organisation makes it part of it’s process, you’ll find it enhances everything you do.
